Blocked right ear

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have been having a blocked right ear since the past 1 week. I feel that water has gone inside while i was having bath. but i have tried cleaning it with cloth as well as "Clearwax" medicine still i can feel that my right ear is not as open as it was before. even i hear a bit less than my left ear
