Blocked feel in left breast

In my left breast behind nipple I feel uncomfortable like it's blocked now I cant understand whether it's nipple blockage or any artery is blocked . I am male of 19 years. Before some days I was having chest pain in middle of chest but now no chest pain but m having feel like that my nipple is blocked from inside what can be reason for it ??
