Bloating and loose stool since 2 mobth.

Hi doctor, I am facing following issues since 2 month: 1. Loose stool ( consistency like cow dung. Soft) 2. Sometime water in between. 3. Heavy bloating after any meal. 4. Feeling like going loo always. Feel better after passing loo. 6. Gud gud sound near right lower adnominal. 7. Lots of burping ( it is there since many years) There is no pain in abdominal , no clear blood in stool. I have tried antibiotics, probiotic or Medici to stop loose motion. Issue goes way when take medicine but comes back later. I did CBC,ESR, CRP AND LFT AND Abdominal ultrasound. Everything is clear. I am really stresse and tensed with this. Whenever I google these symtoms, it says either colen cancer or stomach cancer. Please help me. I am tried. Please suggest. I have written my symptoms 100% correct.
