If I walk or wen I feel stress n tiredness I get bleeding irrespective of my menses and also I have much white discharge almost every day and it smell bad I ll have sex weekly once is that a problem

yes it is aproblem you need to visit gynaec have a speculum examination pap smear and colposcopy and an ultradound blood test of hiv .and a cervical swab culture. it could be std related problem or can be due to a polyp or cervical erosion or cervical cancer. it can be diagnosed only after the tests and clinical exam. if evrything is ok you will be treated by me with a course of antibiotic advised safe sex with barrier a given cervical cancer preventive vaccine.
