Bleeding problem after first time coitus

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My friend is bleeding from her vagina after we had sex for the first time. Its over 3 days and bleeding is continued. Blood is coming in less quantity and in the form of clots sometimes and sometimes fresh drops of blood. Light lower abdominal pain and also backache is present.
