She has severe pain n constipation, n bleeding piles Since one year. She also has fibroid measuring 15×12mm in the uterus, is it related in any way, n what is the treatment for her piles problem

Piles treatment is high fibre diet.....2 cucumbers and 2 carrots daily and one papaya daily. This will reduce her constipation. If still there is bleeding despite regularisation of motion then u can go for surgery of piles. Meet a good surgeon for it. Does she have excessive periods because of the fibroids? Is she on any iron tablets?
