Bleeding occurs continously

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello doctor, I got aborted in the month of March and I'm under the medication of novelon for 3 month because I have irregular periods before, after abortion I go through the ultrasound the uterus is clear. So in the first two month only spotting occur, now in the month of June one week spotting occur after that again from 3-4 days medium amount of bleeding is flowing what it means is my cycle is back?
