  4. Bleeding issue. Got any internal damage?

Hello Doctor , Last night It happened that I had heavy bleeding because of pressurisation and it was like I and my fiance had a verbal talk and we both felt for each other and I felt something in my vagina I thought it might be as usual white discharge but as I gave pressure in my vagina I got bleeding please guide what to do I am disturbed coz of this is this a normal period??? Or have I got any internal damage?? We dint had sex anytime i am virgin please advice .
