Bleeding in excretion

Asked for Male, 16 Years

I am a boy aged 16 and sometimes when i excrete blood comes out drop bt drop continuosly. Sometimes it is a lot. I am very scared of it. It occurs at any time sometimes in 2 days, or in many weeks or many months. Suggest me the cause , disease, prevention and what i must do to stop it.
