Bleeding in early pregnancy issue
Mam I am in early pregnancy stage my last period in on 22 aug and I take a home pregnancy test nd it show me 2 lines but from 3 rd October I have some blood spotting and then I contact to my doctor she gave me medicine to control the bleeding but from Sunday I have bleeding in a flow ...but my ultrasound report shows embryo but no cardic fetal activities..please suggest me what is happening to my body.
