Bleeding From Penis During Intercourse.

I was diagonised with Short Frenulum and I had Frenuloplasty last month on 12 September and doctor advised relaxing period 5 weeks before get into Intimation. I tried to involved in intimation with my partner yesterday and felt pain in the bottom area of the penis (near to frenulum area). Uneasiness was gone later in few mins and later I saw created a slight cut and had minimal bleeding. Why is it ? Is it bcause it not fully recovered ? If so, How long is actually the recovery period ? Washing and examining area, I saw two tiny dots of stitches still der. But very tiny dots. Is it bcause of dat ?  Anyway, am using Bentadine Oinment in the area. Can you please advise doctor which will be very useful. Regards, J
