  4. Bleeding bowel. Should i be concerned?

I just went to the toilet to find a streak of blood on my bowel, the stool was rather hard and i suspect it was some anal tearing of some sort, should I be concerned? This has happened to me before about 4 times in the past 3-4 months

Consult surgeon at Least once Mostly Fissure Ano Reason Constipation For prevention and treatment of Constipation Drink lot of oral fluids Lots of fruits, vegetable salads (preferably  1 carrot, 1 cuccunbur & 1fruit with each meals) Avoid non Veg  & extra spicy meals
