Bleeding and strange lomgterm symptoms

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have severe menstrual bleeding practically non stop for 6months along with extreme chronic pain in my abdomen that has been getting worse and spreading. keep getting dizzy spells headaches nausea and muscle pain and limbs are always cold, been in a&e many times and doctors appointments and noone knows what it is. Also have barely eaten for months
