Bleeding and abdominal cr
Period due date is 11/8.From 6 to 7 days suffering from abdominal cramping,which never happened before. Though we're planning for a baby,today I suffered bleeding.Can I be sure of pregnancy.

Hi..... In a normal menstrual cycle, a balance between the hormones estrogen and progesterone regulates the buildup of the lining of the uterus (endometrium), which is shed during menstruation. If a hormone imbalance occurs, mentrual irregularities occurs.... To confirm pregnancy you should undergo urinary pregnancy test....
