Bleeding after taking vit c pills in pre

Hllo..i had taken vit c 1000mg pills for 3 Days and after that i noticed light bleeding..am pregnant and want to abort but due to bleeding am scared what should i do..what is the reason behind this bleeding and could i take abortion pills during this..waiting for ur answer plz
