Bleeding after positive pregnancy

Asked for Female, 29 Years

After a week of my missed period I took urine hcg test it was one dark and other light pink line so to confirm I took blood test done. Attached the report here. But the test was done in the morning and now it's bleeding not spotting but like regular periods like but no clots in it just blood. It is associated with lower back pain and cramping around uterus. Since 2 weeks I had tenderness pain in my breasts My last periods was supposed to be on July 24, but today bleeding is happening. am I pregnant or is there any other problem. Do I need visit doctor immediately. Note: Married since 2019 Was planning for family since 2 months Age 29 Husband age 27
