Bleeding after missing two Dyna 35 pills

Dear Doctor, My wife has been on Birth control pills Dyna 35 for more than a year. She missed pills on two continuous days and took pill on third day (yesterday). Today she observed vaginal bleeding. Could you please help what could be the cause and next course of action.
