Bleeding after a week of sexual intercou

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Hello, Me and my partner had the intercourse 1 week ago.. she's on yasmin (for pcod) and also a condom was used till the end. There was a bit of bleeding the same day ...and now after one week a bit of blood (there was no blood for the entire week just today) also her yasmin is now over...what could be wrong? Do we need to do some tests?
