Bleed Little at 5 weeks pregnancy

I m 5 week pregnant. But today I got a little bleeding at night.. just one drop ... so I took upt at same time which shows only c line ... Is anything to worry ?? I took injection as my doctor suggested that maybe it is becoz of urine infection and advised me to take rest ... I m worried .. what should I do ??
