I am feeling the need to urinate every 10 minutes but when I go to washroom it's only few drops of urine and few drops of blood that comes out with severe pain during excreation

You need to see a Gynecologist earliest & do Urine Analysis. These are symptoms of UTI ( urinary tract infection  ).
