Bladder relaxing medicine

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am 27 years old male Recently have been detected over active urinary bladder and urge incontinence . Urologist prescribed medications and taking those medicines symptoms improved but hard stool occurred which lead to anal fissure . Then the doctor changed the medicine then again hard stool and anal fissure and this time anal fissure surgery is done to heal anal fissure. The Urologist has told me that I have given two types of medicines and in medical science no other types of bladder relaxing medicines are available . So I have nothing to do . Why no other bladder relaxing medicines which will not cause dry mouth and hard stool. I am very very anxious , my life has become hell.
