Blackheads
I have lots of  blackheads on my nose. How can I remove these? Any recommendations on how to reduce their incidence in the future?

Blackheads should have reduced by now as you are in your 30s . I suspect you must be having oily T Zone and that could have caused blackheads . Wash your face with salicylic acid cleansers twice daily and apply benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime for sometime .If it persists visit the dermatologist nearby.
