I have a presbyopia and now recently I noticed a black thin hair type moving when I move my eyes side ways

These are called floaters ,And are usually nonpathological.but you must get your funds examination by an ophthalmologist nearby to rule out any retinal problem. If your retìna is ok then you will have to learn to imit them.
