Hi. Greetings. I an unable to diagnose this on photo and unaware of a skin condition that changes colour with the mood of the patient. Would rather advise you to take a detailed informed consultation with a qualified dermatologist in your city. Hormonal problems can recur or persist and better you get her evaluated once more.
