Black Patches aftr Waxing

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I got Rica waxing done on Saturday and I noticed today on Thursday few patches on my arms and underarms. They are quite visible and noticeable too . I am worried as there r more on underarms. I applied ice today and Aleovera gel today. Please suggest. How to remove those patches as I am so much worried.
