BLACK OR DARK STOOL SINCE LAST ONE MONTH

I was suffering from dangue and after the treatment from dangue now my platelets is 230k. But still my stool color is black or dark brown. It has been occouring since one month but I am not feeling any pain in my stomach. Please tell me what is the reason behind this
