Black mark on the skin and sun burn

Hi my face skin has become tan and I have some marks on my face....when I use some cream then some part it will be black patches on forehead and earlier my face skin was fair but now it's dark. Please suggest how to become fair and whitening

You need good sunscreen first. Avoid excessice sun exposure. Some creams and probably peels are required whic can be decided after ecamining you. Please visit clinic.
