Black heads on face due to chiken pox

I was having chikcken pox 8months later ..First it was not visible on my face but after some months all the spots were visible and look ugly So can you tell does it will disappear with any cream , oil etc Or i hve to do any treatment..Please i want my face clear wothout any spots and pimples coming in a week. Please suggest me something fast

You have what is known as PIH or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. 1. Sunscreen and sunprotection- this forms the absolute cornerstone of management. You need to be on this for the duration of any treatment . 2. Apply a kojic acid cream for at least 8 weeks. 3. Chemical peels such as glycolic acid can help. You will need 4-7 treatments over the next few months.
