I have this thing for more than year but today when i press it dust came out,iy does not pain nothing feel..what to do i showed doctor they said that when sweat gland disfunctiom it occurs but why dust came out whatd the reason...

Hello. Its a disorder of sebacous gland and duct not sweat gland. The dirt which came out is secretion from sebacous gland itself.
