My son of 5year old having caugh I went to doctors he suggested for Tuesday and septran , by taking this his coughing is reduced but while night sleeping he is having birthing congestion with vomiting can you suggest any thing

You are talking about breathing congestion i think. If it is wheezing like you should start bronchodilators. Either syrup or nebulization. Meet your pediatrician for reassessment and correct dosage.
