Birthday gift for 3 year old child
Hi good evening
My son is going to be completed 3 years.
His milestones are delayed . His voice is not clear . He is hyper and sensitive. If someone scold him , he makes face like crying . And then lie on floor. He is overactive child jumping running here there is most of his game. His recognition skill is good. But not able to play with his age child. Children run away when he say anything because they are not able to understand. And his pitch is high
.he likes music. Wherever songs play he started dancing.
So i want to give him a birthday gift which help in his behaviour and in learning .
Help me sothat he improves
