In general health checkup , we got BIRADS 2 in sonomammography 9months back.
With few small hypoechoic lobulated lesions .
Doctor suggested nothing to worry .
I am facing breast pain on the same side whenever touched and heaviness

Go for a ultrasound breast and axilla madam. Birads 2 usually benign and nothing to worry.
But if u feel any lump or nodular swelling proceed for ultrasound and fnac
