The impression of the report is as follows- Smears consist of polymorphous population of lymphoid cells against hemorrhagic background. No granuloma/atypical cells seen. My friend has already been operated for lumpectomy in the left breast 4 months ago I want to know what do you think about this report and what should be the course of action
