Bilateral palpable nodule
The nodules appear at the junction of thighs and trunk slightly away from the vulva, recurrent with no signs in between, painful having a firm feel, increases in size on walking a lot, is mobile and is bilateral. Neck lymph nodes are swollen but due to an episode of sore throat and fever, consulted with ent specialist. Usg examination was normal

Please do a STI panel blood test from a good lab. That will help detect any infection. Also, if you have local skin infection, that will need treatment
