Bilateral ovarian endometriomas
I am an unmarried girl of age 26 years. I have been diagnosed bilateral ovarian endometriomas from january, 2020. From jan, 2020 I take Emersa 2 mg and adv me to do usg every three months. Usg reports: JAN, 2020: both ovaries are enlarged. RO cyst size is 3.6*2.8 cm & LO cyst size is 6.5*5.7 cm showing internal echoes. JAN 2021: cyst seen in both ovaries RO cyst size 1.6*1.2 cm & LO cyst size 2.6*2.4 cm showing internal echoes. In the month of March I have some spotting and vaginal discharge of brown color blood that I notice for one week or two week. APRIL, 2021 usg report: cyst seen in both ovaries RO cyst size 1.7*1.3 cm & LO cyst size 3.0*2.7 cm showing internal echoes. No signifacnt changes in the size of cyst.  Doctor told me to not take Emersa tablet from this April for 3 months.  then do usg and visit again. Should I off to take tablet? Or continue this? Am I on right treatment or not? Plz suggest and help
