Big problem
I m so stress 27 March I had start nasal congestion and throat irritation so aftr taking antibiotics I get of rid but at that I time have so stress now I have still nasal congestion...I little feverish mood don't know it's fever or just stress due to covid I m ocd patient I always thought i m having shortness of breath but in reality I don't even. Know how does it feel shortness of breath..I get so panic and having lots of palpitations attaching picture of temperature please tell it's fever or normal temp

Don't panic  it might be due to some flu which may relieved on symptomatic treatment. Make sure 1. Drink plenty of oral fluid 2. Stream inhalation 3. Nasal decongestant May help you
