Bicornuate uterus & complex overian cyst

Asked for Female, 15 Years

I have went through vaginoplasty surgery in 2015, started having periods twice a month in gap of 15 days, later after 2 years I got sever pain in my lower abdomen after ultrasound and MRI diagnosis I came to know I have complex ovarian cyst in left side ovary and septate uterus, I am on process of treatment, due to low hemoglobin I took FCM injection and I have got sever pain in my ovaries. What to do? I have my surgery date regarding this case is one month later as its a goverment hospital
