Good day Doctor, I am a seaman and I tested positive for RT PCR test on April 21 with mild symptoms N Gene CT value is 33, ORF 1ab CT Value is 32 and used the medication course for 14 days. After my home quarantine I did RT PCR back to back test on May 16 & May 21 as per my company requirements. Unfortunately yesterday June 8th I did my RT PCR test for travelling purpose and tested positive with CT value of 29.89 without any symptoms till now. As per my company norms I have to be in Quarantine for 15 days with 3 negative test results in order to join back. Kindly advise me how can I need to determine that I have viral load in my body and treatment. how to get rid of that viral infection from my body in order to meet the company requirements to join back the ship.
