I am16 using betnovate c for 3 years as I stop using it shw side effects such as ithing redness wht to do will yoga help me to get rid of this plz tell me can I get my normal skin back or not and hw much time it will take to get normal or any others remedies I shld try..my doctor suggested me not to use betnovt NW and wait for the rslt

Please stop using betnovate cream as it contains strong steroids which can serious side effects in the long run. Steroid induced acne, photosensitivity, rosacea, atrophy, stretch marks, pigmentation, dryness etc to name a few side effects. Please don't use any such Steroid containing fairness creams. You will require treatment to slowly put you off this cream as the skin becomes addicted to the steroid. Hence you are facing such a problem. Please send photos through online consult option for proper examination and treatment.
