  3. Beta HCG test. Level of hcg in my case?

Last period on 4 th dec . Took I pill on 12th had bleeding a week after(18th ) but still no period till 12th jan so I took beta HCG blood test and it shows below 1.2 . Am I Pregnant? Or not ? At this stage it would show what level of HCG in my case ?
