Beta HCG report positive but not in usg
My LMP was 9th Sept and I ovoluted on 19th Sept. On 5th Oct done hcg test and count was 793.5 nd repeated on 7th oct and count was 1400 +. Dr. asked to do early pregnancy usg on 13th oct but in that no sac is showing..uterus Endometrial shows 19mm thickness nd split measuring 3mm. No gestational sac seen at present.Right ovary showing crumpled follicle measuring 17mm nd left ovary normal.No periadnexal fluid.No tenderness in the fornices. Is the pregnancy confirmed or not. Really in diace situation..Pls help is it considered as positive pregnancy .

You will need another ultrasound around the 23rd October. Sometimes there can be a late conception.
