What is the best test for finding the exact causative organism of Bacterial prostatitis?
I have got two semen cultures done within a span of 10 days and both times organism is different, although no antibiotics are taken?
Secondly can culture be done when on antibiotics?

It can be done . EPS culture will be better. Consult an urologist.
