My wife often suffers from common cold and fever with headaches and backpain due to change in weather. I do not want her to take high doses of medicine. Which is the best medicine for her condition. Past record: she has thyroid since many years now and the doses are checked at every 3 months interval

She seems to be suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis with recurrent acute exacerbations. Diagnosis can be confirmed by diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses. Once diagnosis is confirmed appropriate treatment can be planned
