Benign prostatic hyperplasia
I have BPH first diagnosed in July 21.Vol 34cc and pvru 45 ml , psa 1.1 at that time. Consulted a urologist. He prescribed Alfoo 10 mg first 1mth, then 2mth and then for 6 mth. After that conducted ultrasound and stopped medication bc retention was negligible. He said that if problem occurs again start alfoo 10mg hs. In July 22 also psa was 1.14 . Is it a right approach that I myself will decide when to again start lagoo tab. Should I consult another urologist or some homeopathy/ ayurvedic doctor?
