Benign Fasiculation Syndrome
I live abroad and am a fit active 37 year old male. I recently developed twitching in my right deltoid. The neurologist ruled out anything worrisome and asked me to continue with normal activities after a week. But the twitching still continues. Is it normal to go ahead with exercise and sports if the twitching doesnt stop?
