Belly fat after c section
Hi, I had c section before 8 months. Can I do planks now ? Also please recommend any other exercise or step to reduce belly fat

To reduce fat anywhere in the body, you need to do walking,  running aerobic exercises and  diet regimen strictly just one exercise won't help you for further guidance take online consultation

If you are healthy you can do whatever you want. For belly.. Diet control and cardio exercise is necessary.. Instead of such exercise you mentioned..
