Belly and thigh fat
I am c5 spinal cird injury patient and paralyzed beliw chest from last 3 years. I am gaining weight on my tummy and thighs and because of my bulging tummy my sitting pisture is becoming c shaped what should i do to reduce my belly fat any simple exercise or solution??,

hey , as you shoulnot do normal exercises consult physiotherapist , here we cannot suggest you exercise if something goes wrong it will affect your spine
