Behavioral issues
I am not really able to have control over my behavior I am not able to react in a way I'm supposed to. I over think a lot. A lot of time I try to be polite with others like I used to be earlier bt fails to do so. Even very small things are triggering me. I get angry most of the times when I couldn't control myself. I always feel the urge of taking sedative medicines and have been taking them for the past 6 months just to avoid over thinking or whenever I feel sad or think about whatever is going on in my life.I am not at all an expressive person therefore I never share anything about me or my life with anyone n keep everything within myself. I get anxious over almost everything. Do I need a. medical help for my problem and how can I deal with it.

Anger outbursts are usually an indication of a deeper, underlying problem. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed assessment and further management. It is likely that with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve.
