My father is 70 years old, 90-100kg weight, he has sugar (150-175), due to which the infection had been done in the foot then it has become bedsore. Now it is going to be 2 months but it is not going to be okay, will it have to undergo surgery? Antibiotic and dressing for 2 months but not getting better
