I am 33 Yr old female, from 6 to 7 months I am getting my bed wetted at night. I was having this problem till i complete 18 yrs (approx) right from my birth, it stopped all of a sudden. After that I didn't faced this problem any more in my life. Now I am facing. I am married 10 yrs back, having 2 children, my marriage is full of disturbances and clashes. Every day I am living in an insecured environment. My bed wetting problem is a psychological or physical disorder? I am very much disturbed.

Inability to recognise a full ladder. If the nerves that control the bladder are slow to mature, a full bladder may not wake you up when you are in a deep sleeper.
A hormone imbalance can also be a reason.
Urinary tract infection can make it difficult for you to control urination. Signs and symptoms may include bed-wetting, daytime accidents, frequent urination, red or pink urine, and pain during urination.
Sometimes bed-wetting is a sign of obstructive sleep apnea, a condition in which your breathing may be interrupted during sleep — often due to inflamed or enlarged tonsils or adenoids. Other signs and symptoms may include snoring and daytime drowsiness.
Stress and anxiety may trigger bed-wetting to some people.
